About the "FOR Peace" Investment Opportunity ...

ISIS, LLC "Circle of Love" Investment Clubs

It is the intention of the Family of Light Enterprises (FOL), i.e., the Family of Light (FOL) World Peace Ministries; FOL Press; World Peace Productions; and the Vince Frank Foundation FOR World Peace and Environmental Sustainability; founded by Joya Comeaux, http://Joya.cjb.net..., to co-create a Regulation D, 506 Offering, "ISIS II, LLC," a/k/a "Mothers FOR Peace."

This ISIS "Circle of Love" Investment Club will offer its investors a 10% equity position in the proposed early stage start up operations of FOL Enterprises, the terms of which shall be presented to potential accredited investors via TEN (10) FOL "membership units" at $500,000 per membership unit for a total Regulation D 506 Offering of $5,000,000 such proceeds to be used as follows:

1. Approximately 50% or $2.5M for the purchase and management of AVE MARIA! Timeshare Resort World Peace Center properties currently identified in France, Egypt, India, Peru and Mexico, and FOL "non profit" partnership.

AND

2. Approximately 50% or $2.5M for the formation of an FOL FUNdraisin' Consultancy Group, i.e., Mothers FOR Peace, an FOL "for profit" partnership.

Each FOR Peace "membership unit" shall accrue a proportional "per share" % of the ISIS II, LLC partnership to be equally divided between 10 FOR Peace FOL chapter organizations, each divided into current and future ISIS II, LLC shareholders. Such shares shall be eligible to receive appropriate dividend distributions and incentives as based upon certain terms & conditions.

In addition, sales of said securities shall be eligible to participate in any and all future exit stategies, including but not limited to, the purchasing of the shares back from investors by the partnership; the issued and outstanding shares being bought out by another ISIS, LLC Partnership; a public offering; etc.

The FOL Regulation D Offering will be used for a wide variety of transactions and industry types: corporate seed capital, corporate expansion capital, film production capital, real estate equity funding (acquisitions, development projects, retreat resorts, amenities, timeshares, golf courses, rehab), capitalization for early to pre-IPO stage Internet and technology FOR Peace companies, expansion funding for AVE! Co-Branded Products & Services retail FOR Peace companies, and AVE! product development and distribution funding.
